The final activity of the Disability Meeting Points project focuses on sharing results, fostering cross-sector dialogue, and ensuring sustainability of the project’s impact through structured Round Tables, public Dissemination Events, and ongoing Follow-Up Actions.
These blended-format events bring together key stakeholders from the fields of youth work, disability advocacy, education, and local governance to reflect on the project outcomes, promote inclusive policy recommendations, and inspire further cooperation at both local and European levels.
