The Inclusive Youth Camps formed the heart of the Disability Meeting Points project. These face-to-face gatherings brought together diverse groups of young people from across Europe to experience inclusion in action—through shared learning, team-building, and creative expression in an accessible, welcoming environment.
Each partner implemented 2 Youth Camps in local area to meet people with and without disabilities whom were introduced to the project, Erasmus+ Programme and best practices of partner countries on disability rights. In total, 60 people were trained and encouraged to stay tuned in Erasmus+ opportunities.
